At Shoots N Giggles, we take pride in the quality of our products, with manufacturing and assembly done in the United States by hand. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your money or exchange your product, providing it meets the following criteria:
All merchandise returned must be unworn, clean and in as-sold (new) condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
For refund to your method of payment, item(s) must be received within 30 days of your receipt.
Include a copy of the original invoice with all returns and indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund) on the invoice.
If you are exchanging your item for an item of lesser value, we will automatically refund the difference to your original form of payment.
If you are exchanging your item for an item of greater value, please include your credit card information on the returned invoice with additional payment information.
